My boat

 Last night I and my grandma built my boat.We made it out of bamboo and some strings.First we put the bamboo together then we tie the strings on the bamboo so it will stay ,next my sister poured
some water in a large bucket because we need to test the boat if it can float.I put the boat on the water and it float,I was so happy because I thought it might sink.

Dear mom and dad , I send you this letter to tell you that I am safe . But I have to wear the same clothes everyday except when it's raining . Everyday I hear a terrible , horrible and hideous noise . I have to sleep in a cold , muddy cave . At the war I am in the trenches writing this letter to you , the bombs are landing everywhere . I have to fight and shoot and crawl . The food is yucky but I still have to eat but I still have to eat because If I don't it I don't have energy . I wish I was home with you .From Vanessa

Lighthouse Video

The light shined every where all over the messy city.Suddenly the old light crash , Daniel the lighthouse keeper quickly ran up the creepy stairs to see what happened and he saw the light had crashed . Again he ran down the creepy stairs and got his tools out to fix the light but he didn't have enough time. Just the a boat was coming,the lighthouse keeper paniced , he thought the boat might crash.He ran down stairs and guest what he saw ? ......                             He saw every one from the city help him by bringing lots and lots of light. The lighthouse keeper was very,surprised he became friends with all the people .

My happy family

My family have six people . My brother is bossy,my sister is crazy and my little brother is naughty . My dad name Lien , my mum name Tui ,my brother name Alexander , my sister name Catherine and my little brother name Marco .My brother is eleven years old and he year seven and he go to North cross school.My sister is ten years old and she in year six and she go to the same school as me and my little brother is five years old and he years one and he go to this school .

                          Lighthouse poem                                               Salty , dusty and old wood .                                  Disgusting , dried flaky wood .                                    Wind blowing whistling .                                         Wet slippery sparkly glass.

                                 My room                                   My room smells like old , dusty woods . When I wake up in the morning can see ocean curtains hang across the giant and sparkling windows with shells . I have a bumpy white wardrobe , inside is my white shirts dangle at the end of the long bar . In the afternoon I go home from school and I hear a male Tui and his wife eating seeds and singing in a lovely voice . I have a white light and it looked as bright as the sun and I have a shelf that looks creepy . I sleep in a bed that looks colorful , my cozy and silver blanket with soft fluffy rose on it . My pillow is a grey marshmallow. beside it are my flowers hut , inside is all of my cute and chubby teddy bears .

Yesterday we went to my friend house because it was her birthday . My mum bring Some cupcakes and we decorate the cupcakes . When we all done the adults choose the best cupcakes, my little brother came third . then wen ate the cupcakes it was the best cupcakes I ever ate , it taste amazing and awesome . After that we ate chips and pizza and drink fizzy drink , it was delicious . After that we play shooting each other we have to find some gun and if you get shoot you have to count sixty second . The first fight my team won and the second fight my team loose . Then we play puzzle , we try really hard but we didn't find the piece that we want because their are one thousand piece . Then we ate some ice cream and we go home . 

Last week our class went to camp Maynard . First we have to put our sleeping bag in the bunk next put our plate and cup and and bowl and spoon and fork and fnife in the kitchen . Then it is time for lunch I ate some bread and eggs it was wonderful and delicous . After that we had a shower boys first and girl second . Later it was dark it is time to see glow worms , we have to put our raincoat  on because it is raining . I see some glow worms it look shiny as the star in the sky . The rain getting really big so we have to go back . When I sleep I see something super spooky and scary . I wake up in the morning and Mrs Hook said put your shoes on and go up stair for breakfast . I put my socks and shoes and go up stairs for breakfast , my table was the first table to eat  because my table sitting nicely . I choose the yellow cereall and some peach it was delicous, amazing and awesome.After that we made a hut and have to do it as a team work , my group came second . Later the bus came and we get on the bus , I said bye bye camp Maynard ! and we go back to school .
